Got this card and it isn’t on Windows Hardware Compatibility list. Im afraid to install directx9 since the card does not support it. Home Help Search Login Register. I think I might take this video card back. My old ATI video card works fine with no problems. ,s-8891 Card, Works great. It worked beautiful for about 2 days then it just locked up the system.

It only supports 8. I am having trouble finding it and have a couple questions for you if you dont mind. Have you tried the Detonators at nvidia?
Check your BIOS settings: I would uninstall the drivers from the “add Remove Software” section in the control panel. It hasnt changed smi drivers when I reboot, it just says the device cannot be started. Where did you buy it? Hey mzi, I am in you boat.
